Raspberry Coconut Chia Pudding

This recipe is great to make ahead for a quick breakfast or snack.

Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids. They also are rich in antioxidants and they provide fiber, iron and calcium.

  August 11th is National S’mores Day, so I decided to create a recipe to celebrate this holiday.
